
A Leicester jazz artist has been named as one of the top 100 musicians in a revolutionary new music competition.
Marcus Joseph has been nominated in the competition and is in with the chance of winning a career-changing opportunity.
A man of many talents, Marcus is a saxophonist, spoken word artist, composer and writer, and describes his music as a 'warm fusion of Jazz, reggae, hip-hop and contemporary music'.
The competition, run by Salute Music Makers, now puts him in for a chance of winning £50,000 in cash - and a place in the final of the Unsigned Music Awards.
